The Croton-on-Hudson Historical Society was formed in 1972 and is chartered by the New York State Board of Regents. Our primary mission is to discover, collect, preserve, and communicate the rich history of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.

We gratefully accept donations of relevant historical material in its many forms—art, photographs, diaries, books, maps, ephemera, and collectibles—and we deeply appreciate your tax-deductible contributions to support our preservation work.

Any monetary or other valued contribution made to the Croton Historical Society qualifies for federal income tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
