The Croton-on-Hudson Historical Society was formed in 1972 and is chartered by the New York State Board of Regents. Our primary mission is to discover, collect, preserve, and communicate the rich history of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.

Any monetary or other valued contribution made to the Croton Historical Society qualifies for federal income tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
